Terminal Operations and Maintenance Agreement (TOMA)

Transigo Marine Inc. is formed by a multidisciplinary team, professionals from different areas/disciplines (engineering, planning, finance, law, economy, trade, oil terminals, shipping, and others) around the issues of energy, oil, international trade.

 

In the last 25 years, our team and associates have been exposed to work in international and multicultural environments, in fully integrated multinational companies’ projects. especially, focused on commissioning, starting, commercial, production operation and maintenance of the Tanks Farm, Monobuoy Terminal and Solids Handling Terminal, Subsea Pipelines, Pipeline/Pump Stations with experience in maintaining quality and timely commercial operations in demanding high-pressure environments.

Structure a management reliability, utilization, organizational needs, staffing requirements, and cost-effectiveness of the operations. Daily supervision/inspection of the Terminals, Pipelines, and Tank Farms Operations.

 

The best practices in safety and environment in accordance with state laws and internal procedures.

OCIMF Program - Marine Terminal Management and Self-Assessment. A practical and valuable tool for driving up safety standards and encouraging continuous improvement across their operations – with over 90% of tanker operators implementing the TMSA into their vessel management practices, including all of the oil majors.

Coordinate operations with refinery, corporate, and management departments.

Provide input and support on expense and capital projects, initiatives, contracts, manuals and programs. 

Maintain a safe work environment for employees. Review and Compliance of the Safety and Operations Manual.

Participate with internal/external auditors to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and agreement with other associations.  Participate with regulatory auditors to ensure compliance with regulations and correct any deficiencies. 

Participate in oil spill drills and exercises. Assisted with emergency responses and incidents. 

Prepare annual expense budgets, review expenses, input requisitions, and authorize vendor payments. 

Review operational and utilization information with reports and oversight with of Capital Project expenses and projects. 

Participate in negotiations with Union Labor Contract and labor issues.

· Knowledge in SAP.  Material, Finance, and Plant Maintenance Modules.

· Leadership in the Incident Command System (ICS), as a Commander for the Pipeline System, Marine Terminal, and Solid Handling Terminal. 

· Solid Management knowledge skills. 

· Reliable and extensive experience throughout the Oil Industry Value-Chain, from upstream, pipeline operations, downstream businesses such as refining processes, marketing and sales of crude oil and products.

· Shipping and chartering tankers operations.

· Solid Marine technical knowledge base. Highly competent in shipping and logistics port & offshore operations.

· New responsibilities and challenges are welcome under an entrepreneurial vision, innovative and results-oriented.
