Performance Review of the 3rd party supporting Companies involved in the Cargo Transfer:

• Vessel Agent

• Cargo Surveyors and adherence to API |TM Standards

• Marine Terminal

• Rail or Truck companies (if any)

Supervision of the operational activities and the evaluation of level of service offered by the companies involved in the cargo transfer compared with the contractual condition previously established.
